Café Old School serves coffee, tea, cakes and sell locally handmade souvenirs in the Old School.

Tourism has given new life to an otherwise sleepy village. Creative people in Hvannasund have opened this café in the old school that has attracted visitors to stop and spend time in the small village.

“Every day we have guests from abroad, from places like South Africa, New Zealand and Canada. We had to bring in an extra pair of hands to help out.”
