Since 1999, Faroe Trekking has organised hiking tours, storytelling tours and pilgrimages in the Faroe Islands. The aim is to give visitors an experience that is as authentic as possible, where they get close to the Faroese nature and culture.

Randi Meitil is an experienced guide who has organised and guided trekking tours and other voyages in the Faroe Islands for almost 30 years. She was born and lived in the capital of the islands, Tórshavn. She is a passionate mediator of Faroese nature, culture and history and knows all the legends connected to the landscape of her beloved islands. She loves to lead her groups to her favourite places in the Faroes. She aims to give people an experience that is as authentic and original as possible. Besides the Scandinavian languages, she speaks French, English, German, and Spanish. She would love to see you on her pre-planned tours or help organise a special tailor-made tour for you.
