These are authentic boat tours with fishing optimal for small groups and families who enjoy active travel. You sail in a traditional Faroese boat and there can be up to 5 guests on board.

The area by Árnafjørður is beautiful with high cliffs and grottos. You may spot seabirds such as puffins and guillemots. Along the shores, you are likely to see seals that have the fiord as their natural habitat.

There are several variations of tours to choose from:

The “Guided boat tour” has many dimensions. Sailing by magnificent landscapes, you hear local stories and learn about marine life. We bring fishing rods and bait. Casting a line, you have a great chance of catching fish that you are welcome to keep.

The “Fishing trip” focuses on the sea-angling. Depending on the area and the species we are trying to catch, we may try bait fishing or jigging. A variety of fish species are possible catches including haddock, Atlantic cod, saithe, whiting and redfish. Your catch is yours to keep!

The “Family Tour” is designed to engage. The children may be active in steering the boat, controlling the outboard engine, observing birdlife and catching fish. The focus is on the living marine environment.
