Standard Sauna Experience
60 minutes | DKK 200 per person | Maximum 22 participants
Every sauna session begins with a short guided breathing exercise to help you relax and become fully present.
Our sauna master will then guide you through three sauna rounds, combining heat, cold, aromatic essential oils and atmospheric music to create a unique experience for both body and mind.
Between rounds, you can cool down in the Atlantic Ocean or our cold plunge tubs while enjoying the beautiful coastal scenery and surrounding mountains of Kollafjørður.
In our relaxation area, we offer complimentary water, tea, salty snacks and other refreshments.

Aromatic essential oils, soothing music and special pampering treatments create the perfect atmosphere to slow down, disconnect from everyday life and find your inner peace.
This experience is ideal for colleagues, friends and families looking to share something truly special.
Your sauna master will guide you through three sauna rounds of approximately 15–20 minutes, incorporating extended guided breathing exercises.
Between rounds, you can cool down in the Atlantic Ocean or our cold plunge tubs while taking in the spectacular coastal scenery and mountains of Kollafjørður.
To make your experience even more special, we also include a refreshing facial mask and an exfoliating body salt scrub.
