Come and enjoy a cozy concert in Elin's living room in the heart of Tórshavn

Janus á Húsagarði is a multitalent. He draws, paints, carves wood, plays both mandolin and guitar, and — not least — sings, both Irish music and his own music, several of whose songs have become very well loved. Many people know Janus best for the album he released in 2018 with The Crowberry Band.
When Janus finished school, he worked aboard the ferry Norrøna for six years — or rather, six summers — because in the winters he traveled, especially in Asia. On his travels he drew everywhere he went and gained a lot of inspiration for his art, including his music.
Janus trained as a carpenter and has lived in outside Tórshavn in the Faroe Islands for many years, but he now lives in Tórshavn, where he has, among other things, taught people to draw at the Faroese Folk High School and on Kringvarp Føroya's television, and otherwise continues to enrich us with his many distinctive works of art and his music.
Come to a cozy living-room concert with Janus, Brenna and Karl Andrias on Monday evening, 31 August, in the fine living room of Elin Brimheim Heinsen in the heart of Tórshavn.
